The Elder Project

From our first retreat we were inspired by our dear friend Sharon Elder to make sure we leave some imprint on the local community.  Each location we visit we plan some form of community service. Our fist visit to Costa rica we painted the inside of a local school and brought enough school supplies to last them 4 years. The second visit we painted the exterior of the school and brought enough supplies for another 4 years. In the Azores we purchased flowers for a small parish and helped them decorate the church with flowers just before their large annual feast.
